Create and manage a structured creative job scope.

A Campaign is a curated job scope for product creative. Use it to define the product set, generate or attach the creatives, track progress, approve the work, share it externally, and deliver the approved set.

Campaign layerWhat you manage
ScopeA brand-wide or custom product set, including multiple products when the job needs them.
Creative targetOne, many, or unlimited creatives per product, depending on how the campaign is configured.

ShareExternal review or view-only links for people outside the workspace.
DeliveryExports, embeds, and channel delivery work attached to the approved creatives.

Create the scope

  1. Open Campaigns and start a new campaign.
  2. Pick the brand the campaign belongs to.
  3. Choose whether the campaign covers the full brand catalog or a curated product set.
  4. Set the creative target and format rules for the job.

Manage the work

  • Track which products still need creatives and which products already have approved work.
  • Generate missing creatives from the campaign or attach existing assets from the studio or library.
  • Review, approve, reject, or move creatives back to pending as the job changes.
  • Resolve over-target groups when a product has more creatives than the campaign target expects.

Share externally

  1. Open Share Campaign from the campaign actions.
  2. Choose Review Link when you want feedback or sign-off, or View-Only Link when someone only needs to inspect the work.
  3. Generate the link and copy it. The reviewer can open it outside Mocart.
  4. Revoke the link when access should end.
For a task walkthrough, see Share a review link for external sign-off.

Approve and deliver

Use the campaign review state to decide what is ready, then deliver the approved creatives through export, embed, or channel delivery. The Deliver tab keeps the outward work tied to the same campaign scope.
