FAQs
01
What happens to my 3D models after they’re generated?
3D models are stored as persistent product assets. They remain available for reuse across supported placements and are not regenerated unless you intentionally update them.
02
Are 3D, AR, and playable viewers included?
Yes. Interactive viewers are included as delivery formats for supported products and placements. They are not add-ons or separate products.
03
Do I create assets once, or are they regenerated repeatedly?
Assets are created once per product and reused. New generations only occur when you explicitly trigger a creative update or introduce a new product or campaign.
04
Do creative assets update automatically?
Creative visuals update only when you decide (e.g., new product, seasonal campaign). Feed data like price or availability stays accurate automatically without changing the creative.
05
What is an “Active Parent Product”?
A parent product is the main product entity (e.g., a shoe model), including all its variants. Only products you enable for enrichment and deployment count toward your plan limit.
06
What is a “Delivery Surface”?
A delivery surface is where assets are used, such as Product detail pages (PDPs), Ad platforms (catalogs or libraries), or Open-web placements. It describes deployment scope, not file downloads.
07
What’s the difference between a Primary and a Test surface?
The Primary surface is where you run production usage. The Test surface lets you validate performance using the same assets, without channel-specific optimization.
08
Can I use the same assets on PDPs and in ads?
Yes. Assets are product-level and can be deployed across supported surfaces, including PDPs and advertising placements, depending on your plan.
09
How is pricing calculated — credits, generations, or usage?
Pricing is based on active parent products and delivery scope, not credits or per-generation usage. This keeps billing predictable as your catalog grows.
