Concurrency
LiveHow many generation Runs your account can process at once.
What concurrency means
The concurrency cap is the maximum number of generation Runs that can process at the same time on your account. Each plan gets its own cap, and it goes up as you move to a higher tier.
Concurrent runs by plan
| Plan | Concurrent runs |
|---|---|
| Starter | 1 |
| Brand | 3 |
| Core | 3 |
| Performance | 5 |
| Enterprise | Unlimited |
When you hit the cap
When you’re at your cap, new Runs don’t fail — they queue. Each queued Run starts automatically as a slot frees up, so you can keep launching work and let Mocart drain the queue in order.
A Run waiting behind your concurrency cap is expected, not an error. It moves from queued to processing on its own once an earlier Run finishes.
